Support all 8 Bishop O'Gorman Catholic Schools by purchasing a Tuition Raffle Ticket! For $50, you have three chances at the grand prize! Names will be drawn on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at the Extravaganza event. You do not have to be present at the event to win.
There is no limit to how many tickets you can purchase. Raffle ticket sales will close Friday, March 31st at noon!!!

You've Been Knighted
Starting March 18th, churches & schools will be "Knighted" with special yard signs. Signs will be placed in the yards of families from all eight of our schools.
If Knighted, you are invited to donate to Extravaganza and nominate the next family to receive the signs in their yard. The signs will move yard to yard through April 1st.
A special “GRAND KNIGHTING” will also be up for bid in our Extravaganza Silent Auction. The winner of THAT auction item will select a person or family to receive ALL 180 of our “You’ve Been Knighted” signs in their yard! That auction item will be up for bid beginning March 18th!
But we will need your help! We need sneaky volunteers to help with our Knighting! We'll be looking for families from all eight schools to help move signs from yard to yard. A sign up will be coming soon!

FAQ's
Frequently Asked Questions:
1. What should I wear? This is a semi-formal event with a variety of attire! Ladies love to dress up and men are encouraged to as well. Our theme will be Knights Glam! We encourage Royal blue colors!
2. What is the timeline for the event? Doors will open at 5:30pm, guests are encouraged to check in, grab a drink, peruse the auction items and bid online, find their table, and mingle with other guests. Junk FM acoustic set will begin at 6pm. We will pray and eat dinner at 7pm, Heads or Tails Game will begin at 7:45pm, Live Auction will begin at 8pm, Junk FM LIVE session will begin at 9-11pm. Then it's closing time, you don't have to go home but you can't stay here!
3. What is Heads or Tails? Purchase a set of beads for $20 to play. When the time is right we will flip a coin and watch the fun begin! Grab as many sets of beads as you want. When you lose, take a set off and keep playing. Winner will get $250 cash!
4. How much cash should I bring? We will accept credit cards or cash for all purchases. Please know a processing fee is attached to all credit card payments.
5. Who gets all this money we raise? All eight Bishop O'Gorman Catholic Schools will benefit from the dollars raised. Together we will support our teachers and staff salaries, technology in the classroom, and tuition assistance funds! Not to mention the operating budget for the 2022-2023 school year.
6. How do I bid on items? Register online with your credit card to secure your bids. When you are ready to check out, your credit card will be processed automatically. If you would prefer to pay cash, please contact the development@ogknights.org to make arrangements.
7. I am unable to attend the event. Where do I pick up my winnings? Stop by the Bishop O'Gorman Catholic Schools Central Office, located on the second floor of the OGJH, 3100 W 41st St. Monday thru Friday 8-4pm or contact us to arrange a time outside of our normal business hours: 605-335-6557

2022 Extravaganza
Extravaganza 2022 was held Saturday, April 2 at the Meadow Barn at Country Orchards and definitely was a fun night for "All Knights"! Our community of families, alumni, friends and supporters came together to help raise money to support tuition assistance and staff salaries at all eight of our schools.
After two years of this event held virtually, guests were happy to see each other and enjoy this community event. Dinner was served family style while acoustic music was played. Soon the fun and laughter began as guests played a competed game of "Heads or Tails" and followed by the live auction. The Paddle Raise and the silent auction wrapped up the night's fundraising and the party began as the band, Junk FM took the stage and guests danced the night away!

2021 Extravaganza (Virtual)
The 2021 Virtual Extravaganza was a night to remember!
Our community of families, alumni, friends and supporters came together to raise more money than we EVER have!
A Night for All Knights started off with emcee Joe Rutten, ‘96 grad, and our special guests for Collars and Cocktails! Thank you to Riccardo Tarabelsi from R Wine Bar and Nicki Ellerbroek, ‘98 grad, from McNally’s Irish Pub for helping us put together our boards and desserts and teaching us how to pour and pair our drinks. A special thank you to Fr. Cimpl and Fr. Morgan for being part of Collars and Cocktails and making us all smile and laugh!
Now onto the records that we crushed!
The Virtual Paddle Raise brought in $90,905 to support tuition assistance and staff salaries at all eight of our schools! This is truly amazing! Thank you to our families that donated to our $40,000 match and to the 80 plus donors that donated during the event! We are truly blessed to have such generous supporters.
You’ve Been Knighted broke our previous record from 2019 and raised $16,000! We had over 70 volunteers moving signs all around our community for 11 nights! The volunteers and the families that were knighted had so much fun and we have so many wonderful pictures to prove it! Thanks for sharing all of the adventures! New this year was the Grand Knighting where all 140 O’G signs were placed in one yard! Adam Fahrendorf, O’G grad of ‘04, woke up to find his yard filled with signs! We can’t wait to have families bid on the “Grand Knighting” for Extravaganza 2022 and keep the tradition going.

Extravaganza 2021 raised $221,283 to support our amazing staff and tuition assistance at all eight of our Bishop O’Gorman Catholic Schools!

2020 Extravaganza (Virtual)
Extravaganza 2020 was originally scheduled for April 4, 2020. With the COVID-19 virus impacting all events in the city, we were forced to cancel our in-person event. After much consideration, we decided to have a virtual event on April 25, 2020. The night turned out to be a huge record-breaking night raising over $166,700 to help support our staff salaries and tuition assistance. WAY TO GO KNIGHTS!
Thank you to everyone that donated, bid on items, posted on Facebook and watched the event! It was so much fun to see how everyone was celebrating with their families and friends while still social distancing. We definitely missed being together in person but we also felt our community come together virtually to support our Knights! A special thank you to Ben Koch and Alex Anderson for doing such a fantastic job emceeing the event and making us all laugh!
