  Enroll for the 2023-2024 school year!  

Newly enrolled students to Bishop O'Gorman Catholic Schools will be required to supply the following:

• Copy of your child’s Certified Birth Certificate
• Copy of your child’s Baptismal Certificate (required if student is Catholic)
• Certificate of Immunization meeting the immunization requirements specified by South Dakota State Law - Kindergarten Form  - 6th Grade Form
• Release of Information Authorization
  (if applicable – transcripts for students transferring from another school district must be authorized to be released to Bishop O’Gorman Catholic Schools )

 Students applying for financial aid MUST be enrolled and will be required to supply the following supporting documents along with their online application:

• completed previous year (2022) income tax return
• W2s from all jobs from previous year (2022)
• a recent pay stub from all current jobs (2023)
