Boys Performance Training

  • Lifting/On-field training will be held Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 9 AM at O'Gorman. 
  • Acceleration training will be held Tuesdays at 10:15 AM at Avera. 

Cost: $300 - Registration and payment are due prior to the start of training. Participation WILL NOT allowed until registration/waiver and payment are received.

Football Summer Training: 

  • Lifting/On-field training will be held Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6:15 AM, 8 AM and 9 AM at O'Gorman. 
  • Acceleration training will be held Tuesdays at 6 AM, 8:15 AM or 9 AM at Avera
  • Athletes must sign-up for their designated training time with Coach Poppinga. 

Cost: $300 - Registration and payment are due prior to the start of training. Participation WILL NOT allowed until registration/waiver and payment are received.

 

Junior High Summer Training

*Each athlete must sign up for a one hour conditioning slot – (8am – 9am or 10am – 11am) and one half hour strength slot (7:30am – 8am, 9am – 9:30am, 9:30am-10am, or 11am – 11:30am) each day and must stay consistent throughout the summer
